How to Cook Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls
All you need:

* two oz. thinly sliced pork, slice into thin strips

* one tsp coy sauce and cornstarch

* eight spring roll skins

* 1 tsp Chinese rice wine or sherry

* A few grain of pepper

* 2 ½ oz. boiled bamboo shoots, reduce into strips

* ½ tsp salt

* two dried large Chinese mushrooms, soaked in drinking water and drained. Cut into strips.

* two cabbage leaves, reduce into strips

* Oil for deep frying as well as three tbsp much more oil

* Flour-and-drinking water paste

How to make:

* Mix the pork with some grains of pepper, chinese wine , coy sauce and cornstarch.Preserve it aside for 15 min.

* Just take a wok, warmth 3 tbsp of the oil and stir-fry the pork briefly. Eliminate.

* Now heat one tbsp oil , add salt , fry greens, them combine them with pork.

* Flip off the heat.

* Permit the filling cool.

* Place some of the prepared mixture at the middle of each spring roll skin.

* Fold its upper edge about the filling and turn in the 2 sides.

* Roll them down to the bottom.

* To seal properly,brush the bottom edge with the flour-and-h2o paste.

* Deep fry the spring rolls in frying oil, make them golden.

* Serve them with sauce.
